YplexSMP Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the YplexSMP Minecraft server and the YplexSMP online store.

By accessing YplexSMP, playing on the server, or purchasing products from the YplexSMP store, you agree to these Terms.

1. About YplexSMP

YplexSMP is a Minecraft server featuring an economy-based survival experience, including features such as /shop, /team, /spawn, player trading, crates, PvP, and other gameplay systems.

YplexSMP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

2. Eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of YplexSMP complies with the applicable Minecraft/Microsoft rules and the laws that apply to you.

You must provide accurate information when making a purchase through our store.

3. Store Purchases

Purchases made through the YplexSMP store are for digital products and services associated with the YplexSMP Minecraft server.

Store products may include:

Ranks
Crates
In-game currency
Cosmetic items
Other digital perks or items

Digital products are delivered to the Minecraft account associated with the username provided during checkout.

4. No Guarantee of Permanent Availability

YplexSMP is an independently operated Minecraft server.

Server features, ranks, prices, perks, items, commands, and other content may be changed, modified, replaced, or removed when reasonably necessary.

Purchasing a product does not guarantee that the server will remain online indefinitely or that a particular feature will remain unchanged forever.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Providing the correct Minecraft username when purchasing
Keeping your Minecraft account secure
Not allowing others to misuse your account
Ensuring purchases are made intentionally

YplexSMP is not responsible for mistakes caused by entering an incorrect Minecraft username during checkout.

6. Rules and Punishments

All players must follow the rules of YplexSMP.

Staff may take action against players who violate server rules, including:

Warnings
Kicks
Temporary bans
Permanent bans
Removal of inappropriate content
Removal or modification of illegally obtained items

Purchasing something from the store does not provide immunity from server rules or punishments.

A player may be punished regardless of whether they have made purchases.

7. Exploits and Abuse

Players may not intentionally exploit bugs, glitches, vulnerabilities, or unintended mechanics for personal gain.

This includes attempting to:

Duplicate items or currency
Crash or disrupt the server
Circumvent punishments
Manipulate the economy
Abuse store or payment systems
Obtain store products without paying

8. Refunds

Because store products are digital goods, refunds may be limited once a product has been delivered or used.

If you experience a problem with a purchase, contact YplexSMP staff before opening a payment dispute or chargeback.

Refund requests may be reviewed individually.

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in the associated Minecraft account being suspended or banned from YplexSMP while the transaction is investigated.

Attempting to obtain a refund while retaining a purchased digital product may be considered abuse of the store.

Legitimate billing problems should be reported to YplexSMP staff so they can be investigated.

10. Store Abuse

The following activities are prohibited:

Fraudulent purchases
Using stolen payment information
Attempting to bypass payment systems
Exploiting store bugs
Falsifying purchase information
Attempting to obtain products without payment
Abusing refunds or chargebacks

YplexSMP may revoke improperly obtained digital products and take appropriate action against accounts involved in store abuse.

11. In-Game Economy

YplexSMP contains an in-game economy.

The value of in-game currency, items, crates, and other digital assets has no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated otherwise.

YplexSMP may modify, reset, remove, or rebalance the economy when necessary.

12. Teams and Player Content

Players may create teams and interact with other players using features such as /team.

Players are responsible for their own actions and interactions with other players.

YplexSMP does not guarantee the recovery of items or currency lost through player-to-player transactions, scams, raids, PvP, or other normal gameplay mechanics unless staff determine that a server error or rule violation occurred.

13. Server Availability

We attempt to keep YplexSMP available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The server may become unavailable due to:

Maintenance
Updates
Technical problems
Hosting issues
Security incidents
Development changes
Circumstances outside our control

14. Changes to the Service

YplexSMP may change, update, or discontinue features of the server or store.

This may include changes to:

Commands
Ranks
Crates
Economy
Prices
Gameplay mechanics
Store products
Server rules

15. Intellectual Property

YplexSMP's original branding, artwork, configurations, plugins, website content, and other original materials may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce or redistribute YplexSMP materials without permission where such permission is required.

Minecraft and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

16. Privacy

Information regarding how YplexSMP handles information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using YplexSMP, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the Last Updated date at the beginning of this page will be updated.

Your continued use of YplexSMP after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
